When you are done, return to the Onboarding Foundation form.
Check the box "Yes, I have connected my Instagram account" and hit the Submit button.

If you have a Personal Instagram account, switch to professional

To connect your Instagram account to Concierge service, you need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator).

If you have a personal Instagram account, please switch it to an Instagram Professional account by following these steps:

  1. Go to your profile and click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy ⚙️
  3. Select Account type and tools
  4. Tap Switch to Professional account

If your Instagram account is not connected to a Facebook page, connect them

To connect your Instagram account with Concierge, you'll need to use a Meta account, connecting your Instagram Account to a Facebook page.

  1. Switch to the Facebook Page
  2. Select Professional Dashboard from the left, and Linked Accounts
  3. Click on Instagram, connect account, connect and confirm
  4. Add your Instagram access details and follow the prompts to connect your account to the Facebook page.

If you don't have a Facebook page, create one

If you don't have a Facebook page, or you don't want to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook page, you can create a new page just for the purpose to connect your Instagram account to Concierge.

  1. Click on your profile
  2. Select See all profiles and Create new profile or Page
  3. Click on Public Page and then Next
  4. Add a name and category for your page
  5. Click on Next, Continue or Skip until your page has been created.

Connect your Facebook page with Concierge

Once your Instagram account is connected with your Facebook page, you can connect it to Concierge

  1. Click on the image at the top of the page
  2. Enter your email address and then Next
  3. Select Set up direct publishing
  4. Click on Continue as
  5. Select the correct profile and click on Connect
