When you are done, return to the Onboarding Foundation form.
Check the box "Yes, I have connected my Instagram account" and hit the Submit button.

Any trouble connecting your Instagram?

To connect your Instagram account to Concierge service, you need an Instagram Professional account.

This can be either a Business or Creator profile. 

Additionally, this account must be linked to a Facebook Page.

This setup enables direct publishing of content and analyticss reports via Concierge.

If you have a personal Instagram account, you can convert it to a Professional account by following these steps:

  1. Open your Instagram app and navigate to your profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select "Settings and privacy."
  4. Tap "Account type and tools."
  5. Choose "Switch to Professional account" and follow the prompts to link it to a Facebook Page.

Please note that direct publishing to personal Instagram accounts is not supported by Instagram's API.

Therefore, only Professional accounts linked to a Facebook Page can be connected to Concierge for direct publishing.
